Jared Giarrusso-Khlok, M.A.

Jared Giarrusso-Khlok is the Manager of Government and Community Relations at UC Davis Health, where he engages our federal, state, and local government relations efforts as well as assists with our community and neighbor relations. He is responsible for working with partners across UC Davis Health to help further our health policy efforts at all levels of government and increase our interactions and visibility in the community.

Jared arrives to UC Davis Health most recently from the Alzheimer’s Association where he directed state government affairs. Prior to joining the Alzheimer’s Association, Jared spent nearly ten years in a variety of roles within the California State University (CSU) system, including campus government and community affairs for San Francisco State University, as well as representing all half a million CSU students within our state and federal governments with the California State Student Association.

Jared is a Bay Area native who holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in political science from San Francisco State University and Sacramento State University, respectively.
